Do I have to pay for my first draft?
No. Your first draft is free and comes with no obligation. You only subscribe if / when you’re happy to proceed and start requesting alterations.
Am I tied into a contract?
There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees, so you're free to cancel whenever you like.
How do I update my payment details or view my invoices?
You can manage your subscription, update your card and see your invoices in the billing portal.
Why can't I sign in to the billing portal?
When signing in to the billing portal, please ensure you are entering the same email address that you entered when originally creating your subscription.
How do I reset my password?
Passwords are not required for the billing portal. Instead, visit the sign in page, enter your email address and a sign in link will be emailed to you.
